Affiliate Terms

Our affiliate program is optional and free to join. Affiliates can earn 35% commission on referred sales. By joining and promoting The Viral Vault™, you agree to the following terms — they exist to keep promotion honest, protect customers, and keep the program in good standing.

01 — Promotion rulesPromotion rules

• No spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, or any promotion that violates the policies of the platform you're using.
• No misleading claims. All promotion must be honest and accurate. Do not misrepresent the product, its contents, or what it does.
• No income guarantees. Do not promise, imply, or guarantee any specific earnings, income, or financial results from buying or promoting the product.
• No fake income screenshots. Do not use fabricated, exaggerated, or unverifiable earnings, sales, or results screenshots.
• No "guaranteed viral" claims. Do not claim or imply that the content will guarantee views, followers, virality, or any specific performance outcome.
• No paid ads on our brand name. You may not run paid advertising that bids on or uses "The Viral Vault," our domain, or our trademarks without written approval from us.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship. Where required by law or platform rules (for example, FTC guidelines), clearly disclose that you earn a commission from referred sales.

02 — Commission & payoutsCommission & payouts

Affiliates earn 35% on qualifying referred sales, tracked through our affiliate dashboard. Payouts are sent via PayPal on your chosen schedule — weekly, every two weeks (standard), or monthly — once any applicable minimum is met. Refunded, fraudulent, or disputed orders are not eligible for commission.

03 — ComplianceCompliance

You are responsible for ensuring your promotion complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any platform you use. We may decline, pause, or remove any affiliate who violates these terms, promotes dishonestly, or harms the reputation of The Viral Vault™, at our discretion.

04 — ChangesChanges

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate program means you accept the current terms.
